Americas Truck Permits LLC provides administrative and filing assistance services, including but not limited to:

  • Trucking permits (California & out-of-state)

  • IRS Form 2290 (HVUT) filing assistance

  • DMV, IRP, and compliance services

  • Business formation assistance

  • Tax preparation services for individuals and businesses

  • General administrative and compliance support

We assist with preparation, submission, and coordination of filings based on information provided by the client.

2. No Legal or Tax Advice Disclaimer

We are not a law firm and not a government agency.

  • Any information provided on this website or through our services is for general informational purposes only

  • We do not provide legal advice

  • Tax preparation is performed based on client-provided information and applicable IRS guidelines

For legal advice or complex tax matters, clients should consult a licensed attorney or CPA of their choice.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

4. Payments & Fees

  • Some services are marked as “client pays later” and will be invoiced after service review

  • Other services may require payment before processing

  • All fees are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing

Government fees (IRS, DMV, state agencies) are separate from our service fees.

5. No Guarantee of Approval or Processing Time

While we work diligently to submit filings accurately and promptly:

  • We do not guarantee approval by any government agency

  • Processing times are determined by third-party agencies (IRS, DMV, states, FMCSA, etc.)

  • Delays outside of our control are not grounds for refunds

6. Online Forms & Document Uploads

When submitting forms or uploading documents through our website:

  • You consent to electronic communication

  • You acknowledge that uploaded documents are reviewed for service purposes only

  • You are responsible for maintaining copies of your records

We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Privacy

8. Appointments & In-Person Services

  • Appointment times are estimates and may vary

  • Missed appointments may require rescheduling

  • In-person services are subject to availability

Americas Truck Permits LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, fines, penalties, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
